Elf Swashbuckler with Shortbows and Dualwield-Shortsowrds is going to become crazy. a elf Ranger (Archer Kit) with long/short-bows and long/short-swords is gonna wreck the swordcoast. In general every single class that does not benefit from 16+ con and needs dex in any way benefits from elf. Sleep and Charm are nice but the fact that you can make yourself totally spell immune if you want to makes it not that stellar. All a matter of what class you gonna cook up.
